Q: How long does the lifetime of my SparklingSlate™ last?

Your SparklingSlate™ sign uses the a set of LED lights to illuminates the slate, and a set of LED lights last up to 50,000 hours.

Q: Does my SparklingSlate™ come with a warranty?

Your SparklingSlate™ comes with 1 year limited warranty.

Usage

Q: How can SparklingSlate™ be rewritable?

The message or design you draw with the markers provided are easily erasable using a glass cleaner or Windex and by wiping the slate with the microfiber cloths provided.

Q: How can I display my SparklingSlate™?

Your SparklingSlate can be displayed in windows, hung on walls, or set up on an easel. SparklingSlate™ ca be used indoors and out. Although your message is waterproof, please keep liquids out of the slate itself as the slate is not waterproof , so please bring indoors if it begins to rain.

Q: How do I clean SparklingSlate™?

Always make sure to unplug your SparklingSlate™ before cleaning. Spray with a regular glass cleaner Windex, wipe and dry the slate with the microfiber cloth provided

SparklingSlate™ is very energy efficient. It uses Advanced Light Emitting Diode technology, they consume less energy.

Q: Is my SparklingSlate™ environmentally friendly?

Yes your SparklingSlate™ is very safe and friendly to the environment. Light Emitting Diodes have very low energy consumption, and unlike traditional neon signs your SparklingSlate™ does not use neon, argon, mercury or helium, gasses to illuminate your message.

Q: Does SparklingSlate™ use battery

Yes SparklingSlate can be run on a 12V battery, which you can purchase optionally as an accessory.
